Buffets are great places to meet BIG people! BIG people eat a lot, a lot more than necessary to maintain the body's metabolism. BIG people also tend to have BIG hearts, literally.

Bowling may be lots of fun, but bowling without pizza, wings and beer is a lot better for your cardiovascular health. Bowling is one of the few recreational activities where you can eat while you play! Cut down what you consume during these get togethers so that bowling can be considered a form of exercise and fitness for better cardiovascular health.
