“Rice Krispies” Treats

INGREDIENTS:
6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal
2 Tb vegetable margarine
10 ounces or 4 cups or 1/3 recipe Marshmallows (vegan)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large sauce pan, combine margarine and marshmallows. Cook over low heat until marshmallows are completely dissolved. Turn heat off and stir in the cereal. When adequately combined, spread mixture onto a sheet pan lined with wax or parchment paper. Use another sheet of wax or parchment paper on top of the treats to spread into a uniform mold, about 2 inches thick. Allow to set and cool for about 20 minutes. Then cut into individual servings.
